Born in 2022, Mikado started as a passion project for Japanese car culture. Today, we've sharpened our focus. We exist to keep the Golden Era alive, specifically the 1988–1991 Prelude. We aren't just an online store; we are an engineering house fighting against the "No Longer Available" status that plagues these chassis.

About Us: Built, Not Bought

We know the struggle of the B20A engine platforms because we live it. Our mission is simple: design and manufacture the parts the big aftermarket companies ignored. Whether it's forged connecting rods, OBD1 conversion harnesses, or 3D-printed restoration clips, we focus on quality, functionality, and keeping your build on the road.

Tested on Our Own Metal

We don't sell what we wouldn't run ourselves. Our team is made up of builders and drivers. We use our own fleet—including our development 1988 Prelude Si 4WS—as test mules. We prototype, fit, and thrash our parts on the street and track before they ever hit the shelf. If it doesn't survive our driving, we don't sell it to you.

The Mikado Repository: Share the Knowledge

Preserving these cars takes a village. We are actively building a public repository of service manuals, wiring diagrams, and CAD data. But we can't do it alone.
